  • If this concerns you, i suggest avoiding socializing much in that park. Some neighbors really are rotten and waste their resources so end up in trailer parks. Some have done wrong and now are struggling to improve their lives. Their past sins may have cost them dearly and they need to start somewhere. Many good and decent people also live in trailer parks. Generally, living there is cheaper and some have had setbacks that don't allow them to live in a 'real' house. Some good folks have simply chosen to live in a trailer, or mobile home, in order to save money that they can better use elsewhere. You will find 'rotten neighbors' even in the nicest neighborhoods. Money or status are no guarantee of moral character. My best suggestion is to know your neighbors and be cautious and sensible while not living in fear or snubbing those who are different. Even those leading bad lives can benefit from human kindness. You needn't choose them as friends, but you can treat them decently and show a degree of respect to them. Most people would do better if they'd know how. You may be able to set a good example for the community. Hope it works out for you.
