Definitely one in China in the Jin Mao Tower. It goes up 88 floors in 45 seconds I think.......

I have no idea... I can tell you that the slowest one has to be the one in the building where I work. The office side only has 3 floors, but it really is so much faster to take the stairs rather than ride the elevator.
