As far as I know, its just a vaginal pass of gas. It usually happens when to much air gets in during intercourse:D

Air can be sucked into the vagina during intercourse (particularly in certain positions). During orgasm, the vaginal muscles contract, pushing the air out. This is not gas that is produced by the body, like with flatulence.
