That won't stop them. All they have to do is slip the teller a note that says he's going to start shooting customers or something. The tellers will then HAVE to give up the money. I've seen banks now where the tellers don't carry money. They give you a slip and you go and do your business at an ATM looking machine (WaMu I think is where I saw it).

I have seen lately where they are not coming in so much to rob the bank during baking hours but waiting for an employee coming it before business takes place.
-
I'm not sure, but have you ever thought about how you would rob a bank?
-
Jeez do want all my secrets? How would I amke a living if everybody knew?
-
Glass cutters yo?...
-
Maybe they become tellers?
-
Inside job. Become the manager perhaps?
-
they don't have glass at any of the ones I go to...
-
None of the banks around here have any glass.
-
I guess that's why it's so hard to get a tank these days.
-
They operate online, I suppose...

We had the protective glass at the bank I use to work at (which was actually only bullet resistant 1 1/2" plastic, not glass). It was still bank policy that if someone came in, even if you didn't see a weapon, you were suppose to give them your money. Fortunately I never had personal experience with that.
-
Start shooting customers. Banks frown on that.
-
They wait for a person to open the door to go behind the teller glass. That would be one way to do it.
