To be really pedantic, no, because the lack of current would cause your heart to stop. But this is really, really pedantic.

If you mean for stoves and razors and televisons, well, what choice would we have? Some would die if it was cold, but the military and government would figure out some way to keep the majority of the country fed and warm and going til they figured out how to get it back again. Which hopefully would work faster and be smoother than what they did for New Orleans and other places after Katrina!!!!!!!!
