Do people in different countries see different phases of the moon during the month?

No, everyone see's the same. The reason is that when you look at the moon in its phases, your not looking at relative to where you are on the earth. Your looking at it as the amount of sunlight that reflects on it at its position during its orbit around the earth.

yes. sure. from different contries you can see different phases of moon. but exactly, as you may know, it is depended on your position on earth. I mean there is defference between east of russia and west of that.
