Why is it bush wants the bailout and the republicans don't? Is it because they want to be reelected! On the other side why is this happening just before the election? Will he use his executive order to cancel the elections and remain in office?

If I understand it right Bush wants to stick the bill for this mess on the taxpayers. The Democrats want some safe guards for the taxpayer. Republicans don't want this. executive order That would really cause a revolt. If you know anything about F.E.M.A. there is a clause that says the president could suspend the Constitution in case of. Maybe you should take a look at this piece it could cause us problems.
