I am sure there is. I would do two things. If you want to design a dress find an on line fashion templete that let's you do that. I would suggest though that you speak with a tailor/seamstrss to see what they say. I have clients that I connect with a tailor or two for ideas and fittings. It is easy. You must know what you want and can not find what you are looking for in the stores. Look up and image consultant and or a wedding planner for that very thing. This is a fun and happy time for you. Let someone else do the work.....You are to enjoy this time. I tell my clients that is what I am here for. I wish you the best. Good Luck
