I just keep the lord close to my heart always. When i'm too busy to officially pray on my knees as some do i'll just talk to him whenever. You can use them any way you'd like however, once they are gone so are you. The 1st time you call in starts the year. Does anyone believe in ghosts? I'm not sure. I know some things just can't be explained away & i don't believe that we live 60 or 70 years & thats the big scheme of things so i guess to some degree i do.
