I know this sounds odd but it's a real problem, i'm in a full leg cast (up to my hip) and havn't been able to shower in 3 weeks! I'm now allowed to put some weight on my leg, how do i get in and out of the shower (which is over the bath) without slipping? I take it you have something to cover the cast to prevent it from getting wet, i would advise asking someone to help you and have them stay with you to ensure your safety.... sit on the edge of the bath and swing the good leg in you would need to pull yourself up on to your feet at that point, or get your helper to assist you, also ensure you have a put a rubber bath mat down in the bath first...

Do you think people that break the law are being rewarded while people who live by the law get the raw deal. eg day trips out for criminals etc while people who live by the law get nothing? Prisons these days are like a holiday camp, they get educated and gain qualifications to get employment when they leave, which is not really a bad thing but they get it all free. they have tv in the cell and some can even have budgies. They also have high tech gyms in some places, yeah they need to exercise but my god punish then make them run and do press ups.
