I know that in certain communities they have a swap/share program where women will bring used clothes shoes baby clothes and what not and swap it. They're are lots of alternative remedies. Special diets different excercise routines. My brother was diagnosed with adhd when he was 5 but never once did he have to go on medication because of the diet he was on and the sports that he was in. When i was a teenager, my friend's parents use to let us drink in their house and sleep over. You will need the biological fathers consent in order to do that if his name is on the birth certificate. If by any chance you cant find him you can get a lawyer to file a petition with the courts to renounce him as a parent then you can proceed with the adoption. It isnt a very complicated process and you should be able to go to your public library in your state/province to find out the process.

When I shave "down there", I get red spots, and little bumps everywhere. I've tried shaving with it, against, sideways, and waxing isn't an option, help! I hate how it feels like its never smooth enough, and when it leaves dark dots from the dark hair! it takes a while for your skin to get used to being shaved especially on such a tender area. First try shaving not with shaving cream or soap, use conditioner. Then only use a two blade razor not like a venus or anything. Then moisturize afterwards. The more you shave the more accustomed your skin becomes.

Husband & I been married for 21yrs. He cheated with a 32yr old women. Can I ever get over this or should I leave him? I think that it would be worth trying to work through it after 21years. Maybe marriage counselling to find out why he did it? Thats a lot to just throw away like he did and its not easy to forgive that. It will probably take a lot of time to be able to look at him the same but counselling can help. You should give it a try even if its just for you or just for him or together.
