How much "sleep" is enough for a very young looking 50 year old? 8 hours is average but as one get older their sleep cycle get shorter and they tend to get 6 hours but everybody has a different sleep requirement but anywhere from 6-8 hours. As long as when you wake up, you feel refreshed then that is good enough.
