All of these zero tolerance policies have problems like this, eventually. They are simplistic 'solutions' to complex problems. If they end up actually sending this kid, I think the district will have a brand new school board soon.+5

What is the difference between pie crust and pizza dough? Is it the same? can I use pizza dough for pie crust?
Pizza dough is a yeast risen dough like bread. In fact many people use store bought bread dough for pizza. Pie pastry is flour fat and enough water to bind it. It has no leavening. If you use pizza dough, it may be OK, but it is not going to be like a normal pie,it will be bready.

If it's agreeable to all parties, what difference does it make? If the 'adult child' is a parasite, the parent should kick 'em to the curb. Likewise, if the parent makes unreasonable demands on the time and attention of the child, the child should get out from under. But if there is a mutually beneficial relationship, it's nobody else's business.

Assuming you have no other containers to hold intermediate quantities, and it is not possible to know what half full is, you could:
1) Fill 3c,pour into 5c
2) Fill 3c again
3) Pour enough into 5c to fill it.You should now have 1 cup remaining in the 3c
4) Discard the full 5c water.
5) Pour the one cup into the 5c
6) Fill the 3c one more time and add to the 5c.

Did I do this equation correctly. Changing Celsius to Farenheit? Celsius Amount 34.4
F=C*9/5 + 32
C=34.4*2 + 32
C= 68.8 + 32

If you remember that the Celsius degree is larger (times 1.8 or 9/5) and remember that water freezes at O*C and 32*F, you will always be able to solve these without memorising formulas.

It depends on what else is on the menu and if it is self service. Regular (not thick-sliced) has about 16-20 slices per pound. If you figure 8 portions to the pound- 2 slice each, served, you need 5 pounds. If people are helping themselves, you should probably have more.

Are younger brother often taller than their older brothers? My observation is that they are often several inches taller than their older brothers. What is your experience? Could there be a biological explanation?
"First-borns are smaller than later-borns at birth. We investigated adult stature of families with three or more adult children, aged between 20 and 70 (mean 32) years. There was no significant correlation between size of the family and final adult stature of the siblings. We found a mean height reduction of first-borns compared to the mean of all sibs of -1·2cm "

The levels make it interesting. I never put much stock in the whole friends thing- I have never made a request, and I rarely refuse one, unless the profile has something I find objectionable. I get the most satisfaction from an intelligent conversation or even argument from another member.

When I worked on an asphalt paving crew, I would drink 1-2 gallons a day, and not need to "go". I perspired away the water. If you were retaining all that water you would quickly become bloated and be gaining large amounts of weight. A liter of water = 1 kilogram = 2.2 lbs.

It will be taught as a work of literature, supposedly, not as a foundation for belief. That is all well and good, except that it will detract from time to teach useful courses, like math, science, history and English. Perhaps it will be useful if a student later gets on Jeopardy or some other quiz show.

Most egg producers in New England produce brown eggs. They had a promotion at one time that: "Brown eggs are local eggs. And local eggs are fresh". I don't get that from elevators, but I have spent a lot of time on boats. Sometimes the sidewalk feels like it is moving for quite a long time afterward. It probably has to do with the balance functions of the inner ear being affected by a different type of stimulus.

'A' is the original selling price and 'B' is a fee (say 5%) based on the Final Selling Price 'C'. If 'A' + 'B' = 'C' How do I find 'C'? Can I add in an additional fee 'D' (say 10%) to add to the Final Selling Price?
This is what is called retail markup. Many years ago, the drug store I worked at had a 1/3 markup. However the markup was actually 1/2 of the cost and a third of the selling price.
To calculate C, divide A by one over one minus B.
If A = 100.00 and B= .05(5%) then
C= 100.00 over (1 -.05)
C=100.00 over .95
C=105.26

It depends on the child, and how long you are leaving them. Is it an older child who is responsible for a younger child? Is there a reliable neighbor nearby who can come quickly if needed? Please learn to spell the word ATHEIST,
ATHEIST:
1571, from Fr. athéiste (16c.), from Gk. atheos "to deny the gods, godless," from a- "without" + theos "a god" (see Thea). A slightly earlier form is represented by atheonism (c.1534) which is perhaps from It. atheo "atheist."

There are not separate tests. Hydrocodone is an opiate drug, just like heroin and morphine. You tested positive for that class of drug. If you have a prescription, you should be able to document that, and it should not be an issue.

Tomorrow I am donating blood. I have been on a diet lately and I haven't been consuming much meat. If I make a shake tomorrow morning containing 4 handfuls of raw spinach, with the iron get into my blood stream in within three hours?
You don't need to do anything to adjust your blood. And spinach is overrated as an iron-rich food. The iron is not available to the body unless consumed with vitamin C, and there are issues of the oxalic acid inhibiting iron absorption.

Cats and dogs are carnivores. They eat meat. They need to eat meat. There are some products marketed as vegan or vegetarian, with artificial essential amino acids, but the use of these products is misguided, I believe. And although I don't know, I would assume that they are much more expensive than ordinary pet foods.

How many showers do you take a day during summer?
As many as necessary, 0-3 or more. If I have not been out in the heat and sweated, I do not feel it necessary to take a shower every single day. If I am exerting myself, and the weather is oppressive, I will often take a 1-2 minute cold shower to lower the body temperature, as often as is practicable and necessary.
