When I am happy, I never feel the need. I have found it interesting to go back on old entries and relive that time. I don't know how helpful it is to get these things on paper, but I do find it somewhat theraputic at the time I'm writing.

Natlie just rented an apartment for $900 a month. She was told that the rent will increase 5.5% each year. That is crazy to go up that much. She should find a place that will not go up so much, or get a rent controlled apartment.

I've been having pain on the left center of my chest. It has been hurting for about week now and is constant. Anyone know what it could be? For any chest pain, you should see a doctor. It could be an inflamation of the chest cartilege. I have had that and it's was painful and scary, but turned out to be harmless and went away after a couple of weeks. I am glad that I got it checked out by a doctor.

It's not fat and sizes in clothes vary alot between different brand names, so that is just an arbitrary number. When you say you are 58, I assume kilos? If so, that is a very healthy weight. Be active, eat healthy and worry not about size numbers.
