You would think that it was your neighbor's problem, but that is incorrect. Trees and shrubs etc. do not count for encroachment of property. At first it is more difficult to serve that way (just based on getting the timing right-both on hitting the ball at the apex of the jump and the arm swing), but once you master it, it will perform comfortably. Key word though: Practice. Once you get it, the advantages that come with it will be most apparent.
