My ex-husband spent years in prison for sexually abusing my children. I know it's beneficial for me to forgive him, but how do I go about doing this? Everytime I think of him I want him to suffer as they did. You simply cannot forgive him, but you also cannot able to punish him more. (Unless in movies where you can hire somebody to 'punish' him like what he did). The best things to do is move far away from him and try to forget. It'll be very hard but you have assist your child to cope with it. Find another person if possible who are really kind to be your guidance.

I jst lost my first love cuz she had 2 move, and jst rescently i accepeted the fact that i cant change her moving, and we had a really strong connection, and open relationship, should we stay as close friends, would that even help me get fully recovered? Firstly, are you still in school or already work? I guess you're still in school. I cannot see any ways other than continuing exchange letters BUT there's still long way to go and it's rather hard to keep your relationship as tight as b4 since she'll be meeting new friends and all.
