I received this hate mail two days ago from an Atheist.
Most atheists believe that their lives should have inherent value because they don't believe in an afterlife, so an atheist wouldn't refer to those that believe that life has value in and of itself as being "deluded".
Therefore I agree with some of the others that it's from an anti-choice person masquerading as an atheist.

Are there any examples of conical shaped pyramids built by ancient peoples, and if not, I wonder why?
According to http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/pyramid and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid , pyramids typically have triangular faces, so I don't think a conical structure would be classified as a pyramid.
One conical structure that I know of is the Native American teepee: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_1uUBppmG7c0/Sfqjx0WelHI/AAAAAAAADPY/magzCQS0Muo/s400/KF+photo+5+teepee400.jpg

I feel the community spirit of AB has gone now. Who feels the same way? Wont they change it back?
It does seem to have created an additional wedge issue.
Some of the people who accept the changes weren't happy with the previous AB and some of them have been rude to those who are unhappy with the changes.
Conversely, some of those who liked the old AB have been rude to those who didn't and toward the staff in general.
In that way, it has definitely disrupted whatever community...

It could be that by lifting the free weights, you're gaining more weight in muscle than you're losing in fat.
The more repetitions you do and the less weight you lift, the less bulk you'll gain.

Have you ever had your fingers caught in a mouse trap?
Yes, but it was an experiment to see how much of the trap's full force I could take.
The trap was unloaded, so I pried it up and slowly let it press back down on my fingers.
Slowly applying the full force wasn't that painful, but it was enough to help me realize just how painful it would be if I actually got snapped by it.

The Swiss are voting on whether to ban the building of minarets, against a background of criticism from rights groups. Switzerland (population 7.5 million) has 400,000 Muslims and just 4 minarets across the country. Your thoughts?
To me, such a ban would be another example of a tyranny of a majority over a presumably innocent minority.
In that regard, it would be the same as if they banned the construction of synagogues, or made it illegal to be of Chinese ancestry in Switzerland.

My opening cold symptom is post-nasal soreness.

If you already have a fully-developed cold, Zicam probably won't work for you, because the virus has already spread to its full extent in your respiratory system.

I think in some situations women have higher standards of cleanliness than some men do, so that the woman feels compelled to clean the toilet before the man even notices that it needs cleaning.
So I think in those cases there might not be an expectation that the woman has to clean the toilet, it's just that she prefers a cleaner toilet than he does.

Am I the only one who thinks teaching and forcing religious views onto children is a form of abuse?
I don't think teaching a child about a religion if they're interested in learning about it is child abuse.
I don't even think making them go to church is child abuse unless threats and/or harmful punishment are used in forcing that compliance.
IMO, if a parent says, "Go to church or no ice cream", then I don't think that rises to the level of abuse.

Since section 114 is near the baskets, it could be that the views from the lower rows are partially obstructed by the basket structures, whereas the higher rows overlook them, and therefore have a clearer view of the whole court.

I don't think so.
I think the present naming system is already set up for more than 26 hurricanes per ocean per season.
I'm not a meteorologist, but I think it's very unlikely to have a season with so many extremely short-duration hurricanes that they run out of known names.
I wonder what the farthest is that they've ever gone into the alphabet for a cane name.

I think that hippos, walruses, elephant seals, perhaps other pinnipeds, whales, most bears, etc. get fat for different reasons of survival.

Is there a real compulsion for pulling hair out of drains, cleaning out pipes, etc.? My mother has this sickness.
"...cleaning out pipes"
.
Are you referring to drain pipes?
.
If she's actually finding hair in those places to pull out, then it's not a sickness.
.
However, you could say it's a compulsion to keep the drains from backing up.

Have you ever been a member of AAA? Have you ever used it? Was it worth the yearly membership fee?
I've been a member for about 30 years and I included my wife in 1994.
I haven't needed it since I bought my Honda 13 years ago.
Part of that though is because of luck.
There's always the possibility that I could have an accident that would damage my car to the extent that it would need towing.
My wife still needs their services occasionally.

Would anyone like to join me in congratulating President Barack Obama on winning the Nobel Peace Prize?
Sure.

However, I heard that he increased military spending by $400 billion for this year.
Hopefully the US will have completely withdrawn from Iraq within the next year.

(For all those who DON'T believe in God) No disrespect, but please help me understand. If you DON'T believe in God--then (to you) he doesn't exist. If he DOESN'T exist--who/what is it you DON'T believe in? (Can't be "God"--he doesn't exist, right?)
Atheists aren't denying that the word exists, they're denying the existence of the deity itself.
I.e., the existence of the word or name doesn't mean that what the word/name refers to must also exist.

Did you know that the Hand Sanitizer we use in place of soap & water can be dangerous to children? Ingestion can result in Alcohol Poisoning!!!
I'm not surprised because I've read the ingredients.
The sanitizers with aloe vera smell good, so I can see where that might entice some children to drink it.
However, I've accidentally tasted aloe vera sanitizers before and the taste is nasty to me.
I think there might be some orange-scented sanitizers that they might find even more attractive.

It means that she made dinner for me, but when I didn't call to let her know that I'd be late, she displayed her anger by putting the salad in the oven instead of in the refrigerator.
