no, I had a similar situation with my wife. Psychology and Sociology are packed fields... those are two very common majors and it is hard to find a job in that field. So with a 2.5 GPA you stand little chance of getting one. I would go back to school and get my masters, maybe even my PhD.

yes you should pass. I have been in a similar situation before. after you have been quit for that long it would only take a couple of weeks to get rid of those 2 hits, so you shouldn't worry too much. but then again everyone is different your body maynot react the same way as mine or other peoples so try not to push it in the future.
