There is no real way of fixing that. Your best bet is to save all your documents and important info you want to keep onto an external hardrive or burn it onto discs then reinstall windows. Whis isn't as hard as it sounds.

My bf's x-gf is very close 2 his mother; and when my boyfriend changed his number because of his x, his mother gave out the new # to her. In addition, I do not feel that his mother has given me a fair chance to get to know her. How do I deal w/ it? There's really nothing you can do. I find that when someone doesn't like me or isn't really familar with me, I give them their space. I don't try to force a relationship where one is not wanted or forthcoming, and eventually the other person will come around on their own time.

How do you make copies of a game disc? I use Nero but it doesn't work. games may be on dual layered discs, and most likely have copywrite protection on it making it impossible to copy without another program that removes said protection, but its usually not good because the game consoles know the difference between original and copied games and they won't play them unless you get your console "fixed".

I downloaded a .avi file, and i want to convert it to dvd or vcd or mpeg, how can i save it on a cd-disk or dvd disk, so that it will play on a normal dvd player? there is a program called winavi. It is fast (dependending on the computer) and it will convert avi's to the VIDEO_TS format used in all dvd's or it will convert avi's to VCD's
