A couple of days ago I heard that Susan Sarandon will renounce her USA citizenship and leave the country if McCain is elected. Michael Moore may also join her crusade. What are your thoughts? It sounds like they are giving up. But hey, why not? Canada sounds nice.

Can anyone tell me where in the bible does it say that you are to have communion more then once a year. From my understanding it is supposed to be once a year on January the 14Th. The bible specifies the yearly observance of the passover. I dont know about where is says in the bible, but I was raised Lutheran and they take communion about every two weeks. Some churches take it every Sunday. I'm not sure that it is "supposed" to only be taken once a year.

Is this child abuse? I would ask my kids to clean up their toys repeatly, with no response, I started to throw their toys in the trash. Our neighber thinks its some kind of abuse. (kids are picking up their toys now) I dont think it's abuse. That's what we do with our kids. People need to mind their own business.

They are starting a curfew near me that requires teens under 16 to be home by 11 pm which I think is way too late for any teen to come home. But shouldn't they hold parents more responsible for the trouble the their kids cause? You may think that is far too late but a lot of parents would not. I think it sounds about right, and like you said, if the parents want to take personal control over how late their kids stay out, they can.

What can I do if my 85 year old neighbor stole my outdoor cat, aborted my cat's babies and then gave her back to me? I'm inclined to do nothing but not sure. That is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. I wouldn't do anything, unless you are upset about it. In which case I would take legal action. But I would keep my kids away from her.
