My daughter wants to start shaving her legs, she's 12 going to be 13 in Dec, but a friend of mine told me its better to wait till at least 15, because if you shave earlier the hair will grow back fast and you'll have to shave 3 times a week is this true? How can I improve my sprinting speed? I've done this for track and it seems to help a lot. If you live by a steep hill, run up it. simple as that. sprint up the hill and walk back down. It can get boring but it helps tons. i started doing about 20 sets of this running technique a long with 20 minutes of jogging and then 5 minutes of running. Hope this helps! =D
