Then you were never married. An authorized person (judge, pastor, etc.) must sign the marriage certificate and turn it in so that it can be recorded. If that paper was never signed and turned in, you were never married, therefore no annullment was needed.

Most clothing stores will not accept lingerie, underwear, etc for return. There are some who require the safety sticker in the crotch to still be intact insuring that no genitals have touched the actual garment. I use to work in a department store and with regular clothes that were returned in good condition, we just put them back out onto the floor. Let's hope they don't do that...

I would not worry about it. Cats are VERY clean animals (especially if they are strictly indoors.) If you'll notice, your cat probably cleans itself everytime it gets out of the litterbox or after it eats. They are constantly cleaning themselves, so there is probably little to no germs being spread as it "drinks" its water by paw.

Even if you take a hardship withdrawal (buy a house, pay for tuition, preventing forclosure, etc.) you will still have a penalty and still have to pay taxes (either now or when you file). They do this to deter you from getting money out, not to be mean!
