If you have a friend who is depressed & anxious alot, and SAYS they want help, but when they have the chance to get it for free they refuse it, what would you do? I know people must accept it to be helped. But it is sad. Just curious what you think? It would seem they are not yet ready to deal with their problems. Also, those questions get answers eventually if there are answers to them. Some I have seen I can't see how there could be an answer frankly, due to the type of question or how it was posed.

Oh, I usually spend about four to five hours a day on it. If you are spending 4-5 hours a day here, you don't need to worry about how fast you gain ranks. Just make sensible questions and replies and your points will come as they are deserved. It's NOT a race for most people. So enjoy it. My sports car flipped over 4 times going down a ravine after skidding off a road and going through a fence (slippery due to snow/ice). Ask your doctor for ultra sound treatments by a physical therapist. They are remarkable for healing badly pulled muscles or tendons. If not that, I would NOT suggest exercising that muscle directly, but USE it only to the point of stretching and NOT pain, or you will prolong healing and can make the tears/pulled muscle fibers worse. Moist heat packs on it 3-4 x a day also are very therapeutic.

When I take a digital picture of my cat, the lights is reflected from his eyes (I'm guessing off his retina) and makes his eyes shiny (and makes him look like Satan incarnate). How can I remedy this? It's no different from the "red eye" you get from taking photos of humans straight on. Not using a flash, or using a camera setting (some have another light for the person to look at) that can on some cameras take all of that away! Ask at your local camera shop and take your camera in and they will be happy to help you I am sure.

Just to put my 2 cents in, it would be about 5 years younger for the woman (I am a male) and 5 years or so older than me. HELP!!! My PS2 was taken apart to be cleaned to remove all the dust. And when we plugged it back in there was no power going to it!!! Anyone have any ideas? Don't take it apart again. You probably voided your warranty also.

If not, do some other exercise 5 days a week for 30 minutes at least.
