How to Set a Default Browser with NetZero

Things You’ll Need:

  • Computer Internet access NetZero service Web Browser of choice
  • Step 1:
    Decide what web browser you want to set as the default. Remember, NetZero's default browser is already set to Internet Explorer.
  • Step 2:
    Open the browser. Navigate to the "Preferences" section of the browser in the top navigation.
  • Step 3:
    If you want to make Firefox the default, click "Tools," then "Options," then "Advanced," and "General/System Default." Choose to use Firefox as the default on Startup.
  • Step 4:
    If you want to make Safari the default, click "Safari" and "General." Under Default web browser, choose the Safari browser from the drop down menu.
  • Step 5:
    If you want to make SeaMonkey the default, click "Edit," then "Preferences," then "Default Browser" and "Set Default Browser."
  • Step 6:
    Once you have made your choice, restart your computer.
