Instructions

  • Step 1:
    Open Adobe Reader. If you don't have the program, you can download it from the link below in "References."
  • Step 2:
    Click "Edit" and then "Preferences" from the top menu.
  • Step 3:
    Click "Internet" under Categories to see the Internet property options.
  • Step 4:
    Check the box next to "Display PDF in browser," then click "OK."
  • Step 5:
    Close Adobe Acrobat Reader and launch your web browser. Click on the PDF file you would like to view. The PDF file will launch within the browser with an Adobe toolbar to print, save, search and more.

Tips & Warnings

  • By default, Adobe Reader is configured to open PDF files within the web browser when accessed over the Internet. If you are experiencing trouble, try toggling the "Display PDF in browser" setting off and then on again, and then refreshing your browser.
