Help answer this question below.

I have an old prescription bottle here where the label has been worn to where I can't read it and would like information on a pill that has a L405 on the back and 500mg on front

    For your safety, I would just trash it down the toilet. However, if you are bent on knowing what it is, trying going to the library and seeing if the have "the pill book". It is a pill dictionary and shows the numbers on the pills. Also, a pharmacist may be able to help.
