I'm a Christian and was raised believing sex before marriage is a sin. But what if I want it to happen now? Should I put my religious beliefs above what I want?

I've always though that you can have sex when you are mature enough to understand the consequences of sex...say having a child, sexual transmitted diseases and hurting someone else's feelings (sex is not a game for everyone, there are sentiments involved).

About your beliefs...quite simple, never do something you feel discomfort about. If it feels wrong, then is probably wrong (whatever your background or wherever you live).

    Our conscience is usually right.
