How important is love/relationship/marriage to a woman? I am just wondering, because all the ladies I've met (in their 20s) claim to put work/career first, but when love comes for them it's another story. No offense!

What is the question underlying the question - are you asking whether it's different for women than for men? I think BOTH women and men put work/career first some of the time and love first some of the time. It has to be a balance.
