So Congress has just passed $18B in oil company taxes. Do you think this will be taken from profits, as it seems was the intent, or passed on to you, the consumer?

In Australia the government announced a 40% tax on mining profits, so now we are all going to pay for the so called stimulous package. Tax oil tax everything more.
