Help answer this question below.

Do any of you know of any really great visualization audio tapes, especially either for preparing for surgery or for post-surgery? (I am very familiar with most of the relaxation audio tapes, but was looking for specific techniques surrounding surgery!)

    I know that you wrote this question years ago, but i was wondering if you could help me since you have hgone into surgery before, im going pretty soon so do you have any pointers?
