What do you do if you like your brothers girlfriends brother and he likes you too but you don't know what comes next? My brothers girlfriend totally doesnt care but I'm dont know what my brothers reaction is going to be....

    There is nothing wrong with that at all. Why should he care if you are going out with his gf's brother. I know a couple of sisters that are married to brothers. They are not only sisters, the are sister in laws too.
