Question

Help answer this question below.

Do you actually need a passport to travel within the EU?

A new passport costs £75-90. However i can get a National identity card for £30 as i live in the North West of England. On the easyjet website it says you just need a form of ID, like a driving licence. So do i need a passport at all?

No, but you need to produce a recognised means of ID - such as an identity card.
