You must not be American, either that or you hate the fact that you are. These savages killed 3000 innocent people when they masterminded the attack and you think they should have rights.
by tcbtom on November 18th, 2009
@tcbtom - Ted Bundy received full legal rights. Timothy McVeigh received full legal rights. The 1993 WTC bombers received full legal rights.

Why do you hate the American justice system?....;-D...
by Old School on November 18th, 2009
The funny thing is, I bet if we were having a debate about the death penalty, you'd be praising the American justice system for its fairness and all of the protections built in to it that justifies killing people who are convicted (rightly or wrongly) of capital crimes.

"A high [right-wing authoritarian] can have all sorts of illogical, self-contradictory and widely refuted ideas rattling around in various boxes in his brain, and never notice it. . . ."
.
"Research reveals that authoritarian followers drive through life under the influence of impaired thinking a lot more than most people do, exhibiting sloppy reasoning, highly compartmentalized beliefs, double standards, hypocrisy, self-blindness, a profound ethnocentrism, and -- to top it all off -- a ferocious dogmatism that makes it unlikely anyone could ever change their minds with evidence or logic."

what are the cons to nuking Iraq and why haven't we done it yet?
and honestly if i were the pres. i would have those men shot with a shotgun to the face (no open casket for them) off american soil but do it discreetly. but you know.... when the republican is in power someone (hussein) gets hung. when the democrat liberal comes into office we have to give them a fair trials and what not

How do you feel about the Constitution, tcbtom?
by ExactlyTwentyLetters on November 19th, 2009
With all of your infinite wisdom, please tell me where in the Constitution does it say that these savages have any rights. I'll bet you try to bring up Article III Section 2. Am I right?
by tcbtom on November 19th, 2009
Article 3, Section 2:
The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.
by ExactlyTwentyLetters on November 19th, 2009
haha! we have a winner!
by Qmasta on November 19th, 2009
Yeah, abiding by the Constitution is stupid...huh?
by ExactlyTwentyLetters on November 20th, 2009
If we are playing by the rules of the Constitution, we should charge Obama with treason too according to Article III Section 3. He is providing aid and comfort to our enemies.
by tcbtom on November 20th, 2009
Please enlighten us as to how he is doing that...last I checked our country is engaged in two foreign wars in the Middle East.
.
I suppose you are in favor prosecuting George W. Bush for violating the Constitution with regard to Habeas Corpus as well...right?
by ExactlyTwentyLetters on November 20th, 2009
Maybe we should prosecute the whole Congress while we are at it. I believe they approved the bill. Please tell me how Bush violating habeas corpus hurts you. We can go on forever. It is like giving water skis to a wild boar---it's useless.
by tcbtom on November 20th, 2009
Bush violating Habeas Corpus hurts me because he violated the Constitution and the Constitution is what my government gets it's authority from.
.
Obama, on the other hand, has not violated the Constitution and yet you want to prosecute him.
.
And Congress never approved a bill that gave the president the authority to violate American citizen's 5th Amendment rights.
