He could have done it at night. Also, a lot of neighbors don't pay as much attention. And while some are rather friendly and inviting, others are just ignorant or creepy. I am the nosey kind. :)

I realize people just want to mind their own business, but you would think someone would have noticed something before he got this far, there were a lot of bodies in his house as well.
