Help answer this question below.

When I downloaded the new Windows Live update for October 2009, the computer restarted and I finally Met the Blue Screen Of Death. How can I contact windows and explain to them that I'm too scared to update now? I'm serious BTW.

You need therapy, after surviving Win95, WinMe, Win Vista your giving up on Windows Live? There is still W7 to look forward to so get up soldier Microsoft is there for you.
