If I'm bitten by a spider at work, do I have a valid Worker's Compensation claim even though I can't prove that I was bitten at work and not at home?

in most states you have 72 hrs to report an injusry, the sooner the better though
if you are in this time frame ur good
a word of warning though, work would have to prove that you are a fraud and didn't get bitten at work and don't milk this, if you can work don't try to get out of it or get 'paid' from it
    you have a thin case
what you should expect if your employer to pay for the medical
