Can someone be fired for being consistantly late for work by 5-7 min.

    it depends on the state laws and the bylaws of the place you work, but yes in most cases you can be fired for absolutely no reason at all, all that protects you is the bylaws of your company. So definitely a big yes you can be fired for being late 5-7 min.
