I have a 96 coachman mirada i bought in april 2007. my tv and microwave only works when i am pluged into an electrial hook up. even when i have the generator on they don't work.

I plan to buy and live in a motorhome in Riverside, California near UCR for the next 2 years. I'm new to RV . How long can I park on public street? If I can find a private parking spot somewhere, can I live there? Or do I have to
