Judging from all those "could I be prangnent" questions her in Answerbag, I'd say it's about effin' d*mn a whole bunch of girls learn how to read and FOLLOW the d*mn instructions to the letter on how to properly take them in the first place.

Of course...that's assuming they even intended to take them in the first place...
