In the New Year I will be working for a boss who is 20 years younger than me. (She 25, me 46). Would anyone else find this ego-crushing?

Have you ever "told your boss off?" Did you get written up or fired?

Life is funny(odd). What if your very worst boss turned out to be your employee? Would you be a good boss or would you get revenge? Why?

Congratulations. So, if anything goes wrong, you are also the goat...right? (lol)

Not really, I own the company too. However, can't make real friends at work because they are all work for me and can't meet guys etc. for the same reason. People thinks it's great but when you work hard enough to get to this position you spend more time working than God yet you can't really meet people at work and don't have time to go elsewhere to. I think I am the sacrificial goat in that regard.
