It is a complete scam. I get those all the time. I have won the UK lottery at least fifty times, lol. Most of those types of emails require you to provide personal information, want you to send them money, or claim they want you to "handle a transaction for them and receive a certain percentage." They are trying to steal your account records and take all of your money.
