Do you know what its like to be invisible for a long period of time.

    I feel invisible quite a lot of this time. It doesn't feel very nice at all.

    What's even stranger is that if I begin to do something, e.g., read a book or write in a notebook, the people who I'm invisible to suddenly want to know what I'm doing!

    I suspect it's because they've noticed that I'm no longer listening to them as they probably expect I should be.
