Trojan Remover? Never heard of it.
Malwarebytes? Well, it has a lot smaller database, and it's free, but it really does work when everything else fails. It's like a specific tool for removing critical objects, while others are just blind.
I myself don't prefer freeware apps that much, I like professional things more.
What is your favorite anti-virus software?
