Help answer this question below.

After doing hard cardio my teeth, literally, my teeth, get sore! I can't find anything about it on the internet and no one ever understands what I'm talking about when I describe it. what is this? Ive been experiencing this since i can remember

    You MAY be clenching or grinding your teeth when you're pushing it, without realizing it.

    • my mouth is usually open trying to get the most amount of air while i run.

    • Could it be receding gums, and the air getting to your roots? Maybe a dentist appointment is in order to make sure. They may be able to tell you more than we could, here. ;-)
