I'm 27 years old, male, and I like to be alone. I make excuses to avoid hanging out with my friends or going to parties. Is this normal?

    No, it's very abnormal not to want to socialize with others.

    Although, it depends entirely on your reasons.

    If it's because you don't like drinking, smoking, or other immoral acts, then of course, it's perfectly normal!

    Be yourself and you'll find that if you like yourself, then others will like you, too!
