B) is the only one with potential to make me sympathize.
A) makes no sense, as public schools have no fees. If you had no money, you wouldn't go to a private school. If you mean college, colleges SHOULD pay for 100% of financial need, as the FAFSA sees it.
If you said C), I'd me more likely to want to kill you than sympathize with you.
i was intoxicated and stole from someones home but returned it what will i be charged with
