Is it ok to drink diet coke in a diet?it is 0 cal

    There are alot of things that contain aspertame, its just 1 of loadsss more E numbers, if u were to stop eating or drinking things with apertame and othe e numbers in then ur limit of food and drink would be extremeley low, so dont worry about aspertame, our bodys are made to get rid of it, it is highly unlikely, well.. quite impossable to have to much apertame in ur system before it is flushed out. Yes apsertame did give mice brain tumors etc in tests but come on.. look at the size of mice and how much they were putting in them in 1 go, plus their immune system is alot different to humans!
