You should have had a police report filled out on the scene. I don't know what Oregon law says but in most places you'd report the accident to your insurance company, not the DMV.
The reason to have a police report is so that you can utilize insurance and avoid ending up in small claims court with the other driver.
Is it possible to garnish the wages of the spouse of a defendant in a small claims judgment?

Can my h's ex put his girls on HER h's insurance? He gets government insurance and the girls do not live there, and they only visit a few times a year. we were going to try 4 OHP for them but she doesn't want us to cuz she says she can't afford CS.
