For the best of my understanding, you have no simple, safe and sure means to get him gone.
In my view, the best (but not simplest) way to behave is improving your connection with the daughter.
- Improve her self admiration and self confidence. In this case, she more likely will let go to a mentally abusive man.
- Prepare alternative ways for time spending for your daughter. Subside and encourage her good habits, for example, doing sports. She will have less time for him.
- Show your unconditional love to your gaughter. Revise your "husband" role model to your daughter.
- Assess an effectiveness of communication between your daughter and other family members. Work on the good communications!
