If I am picking a best answer to my own question then I pick the first one since they will be in entry sequence. When picking a best answer on someone else's question it is more difficult since they are in random order. There is always a minor difference and I am able to choose.
I heard a rumor about yahoo answers.why are workers being used to report others they dislike?are they unfair?and in what ways?
